When the first guy who checked me in was done he just left. I was sitting in my car not knowing what was going to happen next. I finally got out of my car and started to walk over to him to ask what was going to happen next when a guy from his cubical called out to me that he was going to help me .The second guy spoke so softly and inaudibly (I have excellent hearing, BTW) that I had to ask him twice “excuse me? I didn’t hear what you said”. These guys, as nice as they may be, need some lessons in communication and customer service skills. I did not feel like a customer.

Rick was great. What happened was that my car was serviced in Weds with Robert, and I came back to have my tires done. Rick didn’t authorize the multipoint inspection but someone did it anyway and found that the cabin air filter needed to be replaced. But I had authorized that and paid for it on Weds. So it seems that whatever I paid for on Weds didn’t actually get done. I would’ve never known. Please review quality control processes. I feel like the last several times I’ve had a car serviced here things got missed, and now I have much lower confidence in the service department. I appreciate that Rick took care of it and had another filter replaced at no cost, but the mistake made on Weds is concerning. Further more, how can a customer actually know the work was performed upon payment?
