I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment to get one headlight replaced. The woman who answered didn’t know. She transferred me to service. No one answered and there was no way to leave a message. I called back an hour later and was told I should get an appointment. I was given one for 2:30. Three hours later after I complained about the wait I asked why they would schedule me if they were so busy. I was told it was a call center and they had no idea about how busy it was. When I went to pay the exorbitant sum of $150 to change the lightbulb I was told it was such a long wait because they had done a full check of the auto, something I did not ask for, want, or know about. Along came a list of $1500 of possible repairs—including lightbulbs that had not been replaced and would require another visit. Could not someone had said, “would you like us to replace these while we are at it? That’s it for me. After more than two decades I will be going elsewhere.

Alex was so quick to help me when I was checking in my truck for a recall and repair. He gave me outstanding service. It’s rare to find someone so helpful , knowledge with such fantastic follow up and follow through. He called me to update me as well as to make sure he was there when I picked up my truck. I was told that if I made an appointment at 7:30 AM they would be able to program a new fob in 60 to 90 minutes. As I checked in they announced that they needed to perform a recall repair. I stated if they could deal with it efficiently at the same time, that would be OK. After 90 minutes I had not heard from anyone. No communication. I checked with Rick and he said that they would need the truck for the whole day to handle the recall. I said absolutely not, and that I would come back another time. After two hours and 15 minutes, my truck was finally ready. I do not understand why programming a new fob takes two hours and 15 minutes. There was no communication from Rick, I had to solicit all the information and updates from him and never got clear communication around exactly how much longer they needed my truck to finish the work. I now have the new fob, but the red security light on the dash for locking the truck is now lit every time I unlock the car. That was never the case before. It seems like that needs to be repaired, so I have to bring the truck back in again. This has not been a good experience for me at all.
