They replaced the side mirror very quickly which is good- but it was filthy and i could not see out of it- Jacob spent 10 minutes scrubbing it to get the goo off so i could verify it wasn't damaged- you should deliver a fixed product in excellent condition- if i have to double check your work and get you to do the right thing on such a simple visible repair i have less confidence in the work you do that is harder to evaluate.

you performed the 10000 mile service on 2/15. today is 2/26. while driving to the airport today a message popped up on the dashboard that oil is low. we immediately stopped and checked the oil several times over 30-40 minute period, then called your service dept and were told we must be reading the dipstick wrong but to continue driving to the closest dealership. we then called the dealership in simi valley who advised us to be on the safe side and not drive it (good advice). roadside assistance was then called and the car towed to simi where they have found that indeed there’s little to no oil in the car. so quite unhappy with your service

I had a scheduled oil change at 10am; arrived 10 minutes early and was told my car would be ready “just after lunch. At 2”. I scheduled a ride to pick me up and drop me off as I was not expecting it to take 4 hours… upon my return to Toyota my car was in the exact same spot I had left it. After speaking with the agent Alex he was able to expedite the process and did provide a complimentary service on something else I needed however I didn’t get my car back until 3:15 which is absolutely unacceptable for a routine oil change WITH AN APPOINTMENT TIME. I expect Toyota to do better or at least notify me and I would have re-scheduled.

Stop overcharging for services. It was recommended that I have cabin filter replaced for $80. I purchased one at the local auto parts store for $25 and put it in myself. It was easy.
They also recommended I have a front end alignment.
When I stopped at the tire shop, they said I only needed to rotate my tires.
Toyota should be honest and fair.

I came back several times on 2/22/2024, to see if vehicle was ready. I checked in at 8:30 am, came back at 1:15 pm and vehicle had not even been worked on. Although it was completed at 3:30 pm, I had to postpone other appointments. As I live out of the area, I will choose to go to Santa Maria or Lompoc for vehicle service. Jenny is very nice but your staff appear to be very busy and no longer provide updates on vehicles, wait times, etc!
