I dropped off my vehicle for routine maintenance at 8:15am. When I returned at 12:45pm to pick up my car it had not been touched. I had to wait in the lounge for 45 minutes while my car was serviced.

Alex was a good service person but Toyota charge me way too much for a simple service. The products that they used for this service did not cost very much compared to what I was charged. I paid around $100 an hour for labor for a very simple service I will not be returning after years of being a client at Toyota.
