I was pleased with how quickly my vehicle was ready, and the efficiency of check-in, especially since I didn’t have an appointment. However, when I picked my vehicle up, they just seem to be a disorganization. I was helped by someone who seemed to be filling in for the other sales managers and he was very pleasant but it wasn’t the normal checkout experience that I expect. And I was most disappointed by the fact that my oil change sticker was not updated , for $230. I feel it’s not unreasonable to expect the oil change sticker to be updated.

I dropped by service on Wednesday the third 2024 with a fob that was not working. I asked if it was a battery issue. They spent some time with the fob and the car and determined that it was a programming issue. So I made an appointment to come in on Saturday. I did that. Left my car biked home and got a call that it was not a programming issue that it was a battery and I could come get my card at any time. I am satisfied that this was not properly determined on the Wednesday before. I wasted a bunch of time on both days. Not only that, but the key fob business has been a problem since I bought the car in late August. I only got one because of the chip shortage. It took months for me to get the second one. The original fob has only been used since I bought the car. The bat is already dead. The inconvenience having only one fob and then having this when I got two fobs having one of them lose the battery charge and then this recent issue has been extremely inconvenient. It seems very sub-par for Toyota standards
