My on-time arrival to 12-14-23 appointment was not handled in a timely manner. The second half of my appointment went better. By the time my car was finished, I was satisfied.

I've been using the very same SB Toyota service for already many years.
I know to check upon service:
- if all the caps under the hood are closed tight; not just covering; plastic fix clips are not missing, and alike - minor but a tint..
This time was not a pleasant exception - washing fluid container this time.
