I was charged $210 for a Quick Look at the vehicle with zero repairs made. The check engine light came on because of an issue relating to the new Catalytic converters that were installed by a Toyota Dealership. This issue should be covered by Toyota as it relates to new parts under warranty installed by Toyota. My service rep, then said that they couldn’t fix it and that I would have to take it back to the dealership that installed the new cats. Now I am at original dealer getting charged $162 ($48 cheaper than SB) for the diagnostics. They also informed me that any Toyota dealer should repair any faulty equipment still under warranty no matter what Toyota dealership it was installed at. And now I have been double charged/ over charged by Toyota SB for that diagnostics glance.
