First, Gabe was fantastic. The unfortunate and frustrating part was my sticker on our Cross had 26,000 miles on it which for me meant bring it in close to thy mileage. When I arrived on Friday morning, I was told that since the vehicle is over 25K miles, it was no longer covered on the Toyota Care Plan. I wish your team would have pointed this out back in September and definitely put up a sticker reminder that had 25K. I then opted for the recommended tire rotation (Gabe’s recommendation). He asked me who quoted the $57 price. I had no clue since I never requested a rotation when I scheduled the service appt. Gabe had to refer to the service manager which I thought was strange. I feel like SB Toyota Service department dropped the ball on our vehicle and would like to hear back from you.
