I was in for my 40k miles service and a recall software update and it took 6 and a half hours. I received no updates, or time estimates. I don’t believe this is the advisors fault but the service center as a whole since I don’t think my car was even worked on for almost 4 hours when I received a notice that my cars hood was open.

I was disappointed, especially considering how much I paid for the service. When I arrived, they inspected my car, took photos, and the service advisor mentioned that a rodent had been under the hood due to the waste and footprints left behind. While not the main concern, it would have been appreciated if the technician had at least cleaned it off. Additionally, one of the services included a wheel alignment, but after picking up my car, my steering wheel was misaligned but didn’t notice this until driving home. For the price I paid, I expected much better attention to detail.
