I came in to for the second key program I verified when the appointment was scheduled my cars vin and was told they had the fob in stock. I took time off work and I went at 7:30 am to my appointment. After 2 hours of waiting I was told that the fob is not in stock and that I would need to come back another day when they have the fob. This was a really terrible and professional experience.

I never actually met Trevor Ripley to my knowledge. My issue was that I came in with a specific problem that I want checked and was not looking for nor did I want a total inspection of the car that I had to wind up paying $230 for. I am not happy with that situation. I would’ve preferred the simple addressing of the specific issue I had.

I waited quite a bit when I dropped off my vehicle today and I got skipped in line of someone coming after me, so that could have been better. Toyota said something about a loyalty program, but nobody mentioned it for me at the service, so I’m not sure what that was about?
It was mentioned another person in the text message I got from Toyota which was going to be there today also. I was however happy with Anthony, which worked with me on the price and got the car ready!
