Well my car had already been brought in Monday and then they said it was all fixed but 2 days later the same problem happened so I brought it back in and asked they check the 12 volt battery. Told them to take all day and don’t rush. I rented one of your cars. So after several hours they said all the problems were the result of the battery negative post was loose. This seems silly. The customer shouldn’t have to tell a professional how to do the job. Why wasn’t the battery checked on Monday? When I take a Toyota to a Toyota dealership that represents Toyota I know I’m in the best hands. Please send out a memo to all the mechanics to give their highest attention and take great pride in fixing the best cars in the World.
