I received a link with suggestions of what my vehicle needed.
I proceded to ask what/why these things were needed.
I did not receive any answers. They were rude and dismissive.
I also asked for him to please explain to me how my extended warranty works also got a very dismissive rude answer. I literally live with in walking distance of the northridge Toyota and I wanted to check them out because I’ve always used Hollywood, but with the way I was treated I walked away disappointed and glad to use my regular mechanic who will explain what my car needs….
