The communication did not seem as friendly as others in the past. I also was not given updates regularly and had to reach out specifically to get status. He then went on lunch without giving me an update even though he had mentioned it would’ve been ready (~15 minutes prior to his lunch hour). I would’ve appreciated more communication.

Your service was great. My car had a new catalytic converter and oxygen sensor 4 years ago but it still did not pass the smog test 4 years ago. What is the main reason my car can’t pass the smog test? No problem of running . Could please tell me what was the underline problem? What did technician do today and what is the permanent solution so that it would not have a problem for smog test two year later?

I wasn't notified when my vehicle was ready. Instead I received a text trying to sell me more services including replacing the engine and cabin air filters which I replaced myself a couple of months ago.it felt like I was being scammed especially since you wanted $300 to replace them, which i did myself for $30 in parts. Next time, just let me know when my vehicle is ready

Within 36-hours, and only driving <2-hours, from leaving your service center, the engine check light turned on. I paid over $1,000 for this service - including 7 hours of "service" during which time I sat with the service guy who said he couldn't "figure it out" and he "never seen this before". You decided to keep the car over night, and miraculously the problem was "discovered and fixed" in an hour.
On 12/26, my plans with family were ruined because I was forced to exit the freeway in Cypress, CA when the check engine light turned on. Luckily, I found a small auto repair shop that fixed the problem in 15 minutes, for $65.
