Wasted almost 3 hours of my time there. I was given a 45 minute turn around. Instead i sat there for almost 3 hours and he passed by me all that time till he finally called me on the phone instead of just stepping towards me and talk to me in person that my car was going to need an extra hour and a half to be ready. I finally asked has the oil change begun yet and he told me it hasnt. The reason Iam upset is because i specifically asked if it was going to take longer than estimated time he said no it wouldnt and yet he lied

He called frequently, gave important updates in timely fashion, and it was very appreciated by me. I asked him to be sure to call me and he did … maybe that seems small to you guys but I’ve had several advisors there who never call .. so little things like not having to call and wonder about my car meant everything to me … give David a big raise please his level of service should be celebrated

David's service was great, nothing wrong with him, but you delivered the vehicle to me very badly washed, you even scratched the side of my new car, even if it was small, when I delivered the vehicle this was not there, I confess that I am disappointed with the experience, I took the car and went straight to a car wash. As a dealer I expected more from you.
