Well, the 35k service is really not a necessity. It's just a tire rotation and quoting exorbitant rates for minor clean up. Very disappointing.

My vehicle’s backup warning sound has been intermittent of late. The shop foreman said the function was not applicable to my vehicle (2019 RAV4 Hybrid XSE). Strange how it continues to operate, albeit intermittently, over these past four years. Quincy was great and tried to assist but there wasn’t any resolution. If this is what your service and maintenance team offer I need to look elsewhere.
