Jeff was great, and laid everything out for me - didn’t beat around the bush and made my first service visit hassle-free. I am, however, a bit disappointed with one small aspect. One of the things I brought my vehicle in for was to see about getting replacement caps for the spaces where the roof rack is secured on my ‘23 RAV4 Hybrid. Two of the caps did not fit the spaces properly, resulting in one of them getting blown off after the caps were put in place, and the other not sitting flush. Jeff even saw that the other remaining cap was not setting correctly. I was quoted by the parts department for almost $130 for a replacement set of 4. I would have thought these simple plastic pieces, that should have worked correctly on a brand new vehicle that I’ve only owned for four days, would be replaced for me at no cost, considering the circumstances. I don’t blame the location, as I had a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle, and Jeff made the process of having it serviced an absolute breeze, but I can’t help but feel a little left in the dust regarding this minor detail.
