My car was missing a clip that held the washer fluid reservoir in place which I noticed when I looked under the hood when I got home. I thought it was strange that the mechanics didn't do anything about that when they were the ones who topped off all the fluids. But no worries bought the clip at Hamer (it was closer to mh house).

Based on Toyota Hammer that I needed a new head unit in which they never helped me, I went to Toyota Northridge and they were able to get the head unit piece for my car, well I ordered the head unit thru Kathy Sanchez but our surprise that was not the problem, it was something else. Short story, Kathy had to order another SD card. Kathy is excellent and very professional. I will bring my business to Toyota Northridge in the near future. Thanks

Everything was wonderful today, what with Katy greeting me and going the diagnosis and other treatments my 2014 hybrid Camry needed. I had some questions that she answered and offered multiple times to Uber me home. The guys in the shop were very helpful and even helped carry my items out. I had been going to NR Yoyota after I bought the car and it was under warranty. Pre Covid, I had brought my car into for servicing one time and stayed there, grading papers and swilling coffee from the nifty machine. Sarkis never called me or texted as I was there for over 2 hours. Because of the coffee, I visited the restroom at least once. Imagine my shock then Sarkis presents me with a bill of over $1200- more than 4X what I had agreed to. He just said that my car needed the extra services but he had NOT allowed me to make that decision! He wouldn’t return my key fob until I paid up! I appealed to the assistant manager who sided With Sarkis and said I needed to pay for the work that I had never agreed to or even seen before being presented with the bill. I asked to have the work and parts used taken off my car. I then informed that there would be a restocking fee and that I would be charged with the labor needed to remove the parts, in addition to the original labor costs. Grudgingly, I paid up and left. Since otherwise, I had had a good relationship with NRT. The next time service was required, who did I see when I entered the service area but Sarkis. I refused to have him as my service advisor as I felt that he taken advantage of my gender. After that, I did not return to NRT as my warranty was finished. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, causing me NOT to visit NRT. Today was completely the opposite experience! Katy was polite and professional, keeping me up to date on the progress of my cars service. There was a different atmosphere there today! I understand that Sarkis had been removed from the staff, due to similar complaints to mine. All the service agents and even the sales staff that I observed were professional and low-key. I really feel this is due to Tim, the manager, setting a different tone and hiring staff that exhibit his standards. I am returning to NRT as my service center and recommending it to my friends and relatives. I believe that this “the start of a beautifully friendship .”
