Service advisor Glen was fantastic however it was too busy to be able to complete all the service I wanted to do. It took more thank 5 hours to get the inspection recommendations and we didn’t have time to wait another 2 hours or pick up the next day. We just did the basic recommendations and will get the rest done another time or elsewhere. It was very disappointing.

My appointment was made for 1:15pm today- I found out only when I got to you bad news - it was so busy , a lack of staff?, people going home sick? That I have to wait 3 hours or more? Just for a change of front light low beam - $100 est fee to install? - I had the choice to do it or not right on the spot - make my decision yes or no ? - because of safety recommendations my family encouraged me to get it done today , no one available but you so we could use my car to go out of town I would have appreciated when Edward spoke to me this morning making my appointment to clearly stress many hours needed I finally had it done and out of there after 5:30 pm - your staff were all no nice to me and I even spoke to Peter about 4pm about it He was so helpful - Edward made me my appointment at 9 am this morning- I thank Him for his service, your parts department gave me such professionalism when I 1st called - clearly told me they had the $40 low beam light bulb part available for my car - lady within the 4 hours I was there offered me water supply - your staff in general were very nice to me - they made the difference in my disappointed MIs- informed appointment duration of over 3 hrs + thank you

The wheel was cleaned but not completely and the black grease still left in many areas of the wheel. I guess that wasn't really important to the service reps to clean the black grease properly and completely.

I took my van for a light that was always on and they claimed it was radent my insurance came and investigated that some one cut the wires well when they saw my insurance did not cover the wires were patched and I was charged 559’oo dollars but the problem was not fixed very very unhappy customer
