My Service representative was Nataly, although the system states Daphne. This was my first service experience with Toyota with my new Rav 4 Prime. Nataly was fast which I appreciated but I had two inquiries about the vehicle and Nataly was dismissive and insulting. It felt like she rather get rid of me than hear me out. One issue I had was reporting a software incompatibility with a PrimeCon charger that I still don't know how to report the bug. Next was if it was possible to have her put a reminder at 30k miles to have an inspection done on high tension cable powering up the rear motor. She was dismissive and said she could not make any notes into the system for that. This was a terrible first experience with Toyota service. I was expecting fast and courteous. All I got was fast and dismissive.
