The light for low tire pressure came on and when I brought my car in Chris was nice enough to tell me to wait and they would check my tires asap. They did and found two of my tires had nails in them. Since I purchased my tires from Northridge Toyota and they were still under warranty they immediately gave me two new tires. So I really appreciated that Chris got it done so fast as I had a doctors appointment.

Tried to overcharge amount agreed upon on original proposal and add on costs of front rotors when the written quote stated pads and rotors were included. Service manager stated what your going to hold us accountable on a mistake in the wording? I said Yes, that’s what your proposal stated and I agreed upon. It’s not my fault that your system or an employee wrote the description of work incorrectly. In a proposal when the word and is used it is included in the description in the scope of work. It’s not a chance to add additional charges at the cost of your customer. In the end after 15 minutes debating the description of the scope of work initially agreed upon the original signed proposal was upheld and paid accordingly.

Daphne led the team to an amazing and fortunate outcome for my car, Lady Marvel. Daphne always does the very best for each of her clients, but she always makes me feel that I’m the most special. I know that my car gets the most careful and thoughtful attention when Daphne is leading. Just one little anecdote from today’s experience: Daphne and your team were so curious to learn if Lady Marvel’s original battery was being replaced, that she herself was in the shop too. A lady never reveals her mileage, but being an original battery is quite a feat in this case! That she took the time to investigate it tells me that Daphne cares about her customers, their cars, and is always increasing her knowledge base about all things automotive. Daphne had to advise the tow truck driver on how to disengage my car from underneath (quite a process and fortunately wasn’t necessary as the decision to attempt a jumpstart proved successful) - how many advisers could do that? Wow! It’s such a pleasure to see Daphne in action! So positive, creative, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. I wish also to give a shout out to the talent behind the scenes. I’ve no idea how they got so much done in such a short time, and so very well done too! What an amazing team. Thank you all
