My windshield was dirty and they didn’t clean it. They also forgot to put a part back until I went back and notified them a piece of plastic was left on my seat. It was the cover to my air filter. They forgot to put it back. Bad service.

I expect to get my car back as I left it at the dealership, not with the sunroof open, the air conditioner on at a extreme setting, my driver seat needed to be completely reset, greasy fingerprints on the hood and door, this lack of care will make me think twice about returning for service

Mustafa was a incredible both times today I’ve brought in my RavR. So much that I will request to deal with him exclusively. He understood my reluctance to bring my 2019 Rav4 into a dealership, where my warranties had all expired. My issue was a coolant valve, an issue that many rav4 have been experiencing and a pricey issue at that. $800 for something like that seemed exorbitantly high and Mustafa found me a coupon to bring down the high cost quite substantially. He was understanding, personable and professional and really used all of the tools available to make me feel like a valued customer. Many thanks Mustafa. Now Toyota, please do the right thing and make this persistent issue one that should be recalled and reimbursed. It is unfortunate that dealerships carry the stigma of people feeling reamed and grossly taken advantage of by the ridiculously over priced service department. Once a warranty expires you guys will alway lose your clientele. Please work to keep us coming in. It’s a win win for everyone if you do. Again kudos to Mustafa!
