Christopher did a wonderful job of helping me with a difficult diagnosis for my RAV4. On all three visits he kept me informed and updated and made sure that I had transportation so that I was able to get to work on time. He took the time to explain the issues with my car showed me pictures of the problems and explained the different issues to me. It was a pleasure to have an opportunity to work with someone that was so attentive to his customer.

Upon finding out they didn’t have my battery they sent someone to get one at Hamer Toyota and Katy immediately called me to tell me about the delay and said she was sorry for the inconvenience….that I consider good customer service.
