Tell your mechanics to leave the seat settings alone. There was no reason for them to touch the seat settings. They changed the seat height, angle, laid the seat back, and move the whole seat forward. In addition, they changed the steering wheel height.

1. I want to condemn the dealership management for pressing customer-facing employees to get '10' or perfect on their NPS or customer satisfaction surveys. It is impossible for people to always be performing at a top level, and improvements should be encouraged, and not feared. My service person, Isaiah, as do most service persons, told me I would be surveyed and to please give a full '10' or top mark. I condemn this pressure, from management, as it perverts the purpose of any satisfaction survey. If you use anything less than a 'top' score as a bludgeon on customer-facing employees, that shows leadership's misunderstanding of how to motivate and support employee growth. Any report less than 'top' should be seen by both leadership and the employee as a chance to explore what can be improved - quite often the problem is not the employee but your dealership systems, your prices, your lack of education of your employees, your software systems - all elements of your business that have nothing to do with the employee. Change your approach to these surveys- treat the feedback as food to grow from and not as feared reprimands.
2. Isaiah tried hard to be professional and courteous. He is sincere, honest and fine. However he, and all your service staff, needs to be fully educated about the products they promote and sell. I paid $1200 for tires, a huge amount, based on his recommendation of the brand/tire. Yet when I asked him to help me understand why it was worth it, he was uninformed about the mileage warranty that it carries (turns out I found documentation saying it was 80,000 miles, and there is a Michelin 3-year road emergency support program). I would have felt better about his guidance for such a high purchase if he was more informed (he guessed at the mileage at ~55,000, I knew that was wrong).
