I came in because my tire light was on. I did not have an appointment, but Quincy came out, took a look and brought the car back for a closer look. The found a puncture and that my tires were bald. They put on 4 new tires and did an alighment. All because I was frantic about the light being on and did not have an appointment. My car was a 2015 and this is the first time I replaced the tires. This probably saved me from a future accident. I am grateful for the service and only trust my car to a Toyota dealer. This service and Quincy is exceptional. Thank you!

Mustafa was great - he understood my issue and time constraints. While the battery was not an issue and it was checked at no charge, I was not happy with what I was told the cost would be to replace the battery - $490, and the fact that this is the 3rd time the battery has fully discharge - yet no attempt has been made to find the source of the power drain. Besides that - when told the labor was $190 - that means you're charging $300 for a battery that Toyota lists - along with every dealer in the area shows the MSRP as $181 - then offered the 50% prorated cost of $150 - a price near what many of the other Toyota dealers are selling the battery for.
