Daphne was helpful, I’m upset with Toyota because I brought my car in on 7/29 for a service which I paid over $400 for and on 8/1 I had to drop off my car again due to corrosion build up on my battery! Something that the mechanic should have made my service tech aware of the date of me bringing in my car for a service I paid for! This made me feel unsafe and like I can’t trust the Toyota team to make sure my vehicle is safe to drive! Yes I understand it’s just a battery but it makes me wonder what else is faulty that they know and I’m not aware of! So unfair!

Customer service provided by David was awesome & have no complaints but rather have an issue with the actual service team/mechanics.... had my car there at 8:45am (scheduled appointment was at 9am) and my car was made available at 1pm. When 1st arrived I had 3 or so other cars behind me and noticed when i checked back saw 2 of those cars already being picked up

I did not get a copy of my multipoint inspection. I called back to the dealership to get it and was told that it would be emailed to me. Jeffrey was kind enough to reach out to me but my schedule doesn't permit me to play telephone tag. Still waiting to get the inspection report emailed to me.

Anthony was great. Super friendly, explained the whole process and communicative throughout. I will be happy to hav Anthony as a service advisor in the future. However when I got My car and started to drive away I got an alert that the hood was not closed. Not a problem, I hopped out and unlatched it and closed it. When I started to drive away I noticed 3 very distinct and greasy hand prints on the inside of the drivers door. Nothing permanent, when I got home I got a wet microfiber towel and wiped it down. Again nothing terrible, but those two things would make me rate the experience four stars out of five. When I took my Prius in the past to van nuys Toyota they would wash my car even for a simple 5k service, not return it dirtier than I dropped it off.
