Tires were not rotated. Service indicated a tire rotation but the multi point inspection indicated that the tires were not rotated. I also checked myself to see if my tires were rotated and they were not. Car was given to me with confirmation that all services were provided to my car. Makes me doubt the service done to my car. This is very disappointing and concerning. Please advise.

To much time to get my car

Heidi was very personable and helpful.

It was recommended that I do $1,900 worth of work to my 2-year-ols Prius with around 20k mileage. This car is still covered by ToyotaCare. This is absurd. I feel like I was tried to take advantage of. I’m not an idiot. My car clearly doesn't need this work. Then the service person was very cold to my husband when he picked up the car. I assume she works on commission, so she was upset that she didn't make any money of us.

Unfortunately I did not get my problem fix today. There was a slight miscommunication , and was told to take my car back to the body shop mind you I just bought my car less then a month ago. I was displeased in the assumption that my car had been in a car accident according to the mechanic who initially looked at my car. I was told someone had left tool marks and tampering when I have one month worth of footage of my vehicle parked and only drove it to work. I was told to take it back to the body shop for further fixing I was completely confused . Later I got a call saying that there was a miss communication that the car had no evidence of being in a crash a whole day later nothing was done. Now I am waiting until they can accommodate a rental so I can take the vehicle back in. I respect Trevor’s commitment to make things right. But I don’t think you initially tell the customer he is lying because of someone’s else mistake to make sure they do their job correctly Trevor did the right thing by correcting himself I just don’t think the mechanic should of lied and thought to himself it would be easy to just blame the client good thing the master mechanic and Trevor took a second look and had a clear visual that the car indeed had not been tampered with thank you again for triple checking for me other wise I would have gotten scammed
