Worst experience at a service department of any Toyota I’ve been too this far. The service provider Anthony was good, the mechanic literally took 3 & 1/2 hour to put on one dang tire on my truck. And I had an appointment scheduled previously and they had the wrong tire waiting for me after I had order it 4 days earlier. I had to wait for them to get the tire from another dealer and then it took them almost 4 hours to put it on. One tire not 2,3 or 4 just one. On top of that the dealer was not full at all. Step it up NT, smh.
