I took my car in with an early appointment and received my vehicle late in the afternoon. They took the hold of my car for 8 hours for the service. After a couple days, my car was leaking oil from the oil changed I’ve received earlier in the week. Today, I took in my car again and I asked the when can I picked it up and they were unsure. I wasnt happy about the delayed in the service where they were supposed to be quicker because it was their fault that I had to brought in my car again and they should’ve prioritized my service instead of wanting to keep me waiting again. I was very unhappy with this service.

Glenn was great. He did everything he could. But the communication between the parts department and warehouse wasn’t the best. A rear brake bulb needed changing. The entire assembly had to be ordered. Glenn was told the assembly included the LED Bulb, but the assembly arrived without the LED bulb. An additional 3day delay ensued because the bulb had to be ordered. This added inconvenience to all parties.

This was the worst experience I have received in all my years coming here. I dropped my car off at 9:30am didn’t get it a text until 3:30pm that is was ready. Never got an update on the time it was going to be ready I had to call to ask. Service advisor called me me back . He informed me the car was barely going into the shop at 2:30pm. Thanks to this my whole day was thrown off. I can tell he didn’t really care no about anything. Once I arrived he didn’t even greet me he just wanted me to sign the RO. I had to ASK questions for him to explain. He informed me I need a new battery however was never given a battery slip . If it wasn’t because I have a premaintance plan I would not go back.

I made an appointment Tuesday, July 12 for the earliest possible on Saturday, July 16. She gave me 8:45AM, arrived at toyota at 8:27AM , 2 advisors approached me and said it was Glenn that will assist me, 9:02Am when Glenn finally showed up. He checked my record and called someone since my toyota care is an extension that I bought in addition to what toyota care was offered. 9:10AM I left toyota came back at 12:44PM and to my surprise nothing was done with my car. Waited long enough so I can worry free to my out of town with my family this coming week will because expecting my car will be inspected and tire rotated for safe travel. I need to take my car back since my husband also have an appointment that afternoon and my daughter have basketball game. Toyota can’t give me a two way service since I live over the limit miles that you offer. You wasted my time, my gas, my waking up early on a weekend and my energy. Toyota should not make appointment if they cannot fulfill it in a timely manner. Hopefully when I come back just to finish my added toyota care purchase whuch is another waste of money I will never experience this again. All Glenn can do is to say sorry which is nothing… sorry can not bring back my wasted day.

Quincy was nice enough to process my appointment. I did have to wait an extra 15 mins past my 9:30 appointment before he got me in, not his fault. Toyota could have done better in informing customers that there wwas staffing issues that day. I had to wait over 3 hours to get my truck back
