Was told my car would be ready in 4 hours but it took more than 24 hours. Nobody contacted me after 6 hours since dropping off my car so I called and Then was informed the machinery was not working. After 8 hours of not getting a call that my car was ready I decided to go back to Toyota and then Informed me that my car would be staying over night. Again I was told it would take 4 hours I dropped it off at 8:30 am expected it to be ready by 12:30 pm or 1 pm and I only took half a day off work but it took more than 8hrs so I missed my entire shift at work which means I won’t be getting paid. I was told 3 different prices, the first time it was 1300 the second time I called to verify the price I was told 1200 but then told 1400-1500 which was pushing it but I agreed. Before leaving they said it was 1610 which is not near the other numbers and not what I agreed upon but then is told that I’m receiving a “discount” and my special discount is 1450…that’s not a discount that’s the amount that I agreed to paying in the first place so what was the “discount”? I appreciate the effort but that doesn’t make sense. Also I had to pay 20 dollars of insurance a enterprise because the guy wouldn’t let me leave with out it so I still had to pay for that anyways. I don’t even like to complain and I’ve been going to you guys for the past 4 years and this is my second vehicle with this company but my last visit was a complete mess I don’t understand why the price keeps changing and I don’t think I got a discount from the 1400-1500 that I agreed to she just honored that price. I have no idea where 1610 came from.

I appreciate you guys trying to help me in a difficult situation. Even though my problem was not resolved,because of the 1st owner doing things to my truck that voided my warranty and me getting mislead by the sale person that sold me my truck.I wish I knew better and not gotten fooled by a sales guy.Anthony was very professional and kind. I was not! I came in for a ten thousand miles service and two recalls, a service campaign and a safety recall. They were able to complete the 10k maintenance service, but was told they’ll need more time to complete the recall services and that I need to come back the next day to get them done which I could not do. I’ll have to re schedule the recall another day after I was told if I came in at 9:00 that they will be able to complete the same day. The service rep could be a little more personable as well.
