I have bought my cars for the last 10 years with you, always with an excellent service but today I felt a victim of abuse, I took my 2018 toyota tacoma for a checkup because of a noise I heard, after telling me that my tacoma was checked and no No problem was diagnosed, I was charged for $175 dlls which is a real abuse by Toyota of Northridge, after spending thousands of dlls with you and buying an extended warranty and you charge me for a service, in these difficult times they should to help their valuable clients as they call us and not abuse to that degree of insanity

The service was okay.
I had an appointment for 8:00 and arrived at 8:06. It sat in my car almost 20 minutes before my car was taken in for service. That was a bit disappointing.
The service provider, I think his name was Noel, was okay. Didn’t ask if I was having any problems with my car. Just said it was still under the service warranty (which it wasn’t). I asked him about the cost of a new warranty, bought one. Asked him how long it would take. He told me, then came and got me when my car was done.
I miss Mark, who was my previous service provider. He was awesome!
