51/5 hours for service. I had to call to find out if my car was ready. I missed all my afternoon business appointments. I will not return ever again. 8:30 am to 1:40 pm is ridiculous.

Supposed to ready by 2, wasn’t ready till 4. Was supposed to cost $225, with a possible coupon discount, but, near the end, the salesrep said that the key cannot be copied from my last remaining key, because it is aftermarket, so it has to be run by their machine, and has to cost $625. I told him that I either take my one remaining key home with the car, or he charge the original price he quoted me. Well, he supposedly spoke with his manager, then can back and said they could do it for $290, which “was the original cost plus tax” so … I said ok. An hour later that had it completed. They never did remember to look for coupons.

That was Saturday, and they were too busy. Although I didn’t have any appointments, Katy Sanchez warmly accepted my car. She was really fast, helpful, and polite. She set up an Uber ride for me to go home. Then, called me back after several hours to pick up my car while another Uber driver was ready in front of my home. Everything was perfect. Thank you Katy, and thank you Toyota.
