The oil change was a complete fiasco. Filter was not installed properly all oil leaked out. I had to pay to clean the damage is done to my office parking. You guys could not provide a tow truck to bring the car to make it right. I spent almost 4 hours trying to get this thing resolved to have it delivered to your dealer to redo the oil change. My hourly rate is $150 I lost four hours that’s 600 bucks loss. I did not even receive a call from the manager to see how it went.

I was kept waiting, for three hours to change a battery that was purchased, at Northridge Toyota, and was under warranty. I have been a loyal customer for many years, and have always made Appointments for service, in advance. However this need for service was unforeseen. Triple A had to come and start my car for me, so I could make it to Toyota. I felt like I was admonished for not having an appointment, and this was pointed out to me repeatedly! It was a Horrible experience, considering it should have been a simple fix. If and when I return, I do not want Chris, to be my Service Advisor, I found his attitude unacceptable!
