Service was good but took 2.5hr compared to usual wait of 1hr. Despite having an appointment and arriving on time, a customer who was a walk-up got their vehicle assigned to be serviced before me, thought they arrived in the line after me, and they had complex complaints regarding their vehicle taking on water when washed and other complaints. This seems to reward the walk up and penalize the person who booked an appointment.
This severely disrupted my plans for work for the day and was disappointing.

Kathy was great. My only complaint is that the items the cargo net in my trunk fell out while turning because the net was not secured properly. In the future I would appreciate a couple extra seconds to make sure things are secured properly like when I left my car in the morning.
