I had to leave it overnight and that’s ok . The next day it took many calls and a very long time to find out if or when it would be ready. Then, I paid and waited for my car, and waited and waited… Jeff called for it at least 3 times.
Last but not least, the price of a battery and putting it in was very inflated.

I don’t know why I’m getting this alert. Northridge Toyota still has my car. The check engine light won’t go off. They’ve given it back to me after having to total out my car due to being charged upwards of 15,000$ after already being scammed by a shadetree mechanic that seemingly took advantage of me and left me with the total mess that they’re having to try and fix. Do these comments go towards anything? Is anybody there? Hello? This is really unfair

Anthony Madrigal is excellent in customer service. He always pays attention to the details and explain what needs to be done. I am leaving CA very soon and moving to KY after 36 years in Los Angeles. I hope Toyota there will help me same way your office in Northrigde. Very sad to leave as I have no other choice.
