I did not speak to Heidi. She had an emergency and had to leave early so my return calls to her went unanswered. Not her fault but someone else should have taken over for her and called me about my car. Also my fluids were low which I told them and they were not topped off. They are still low.

Service was conducted by Northridge Toyota. Switched from Keyes. Peter was great. Professional manner and good results. Made me comfortable and offered many answers and concerns. Provided discounts when asked. Bought a few cars here before remodel. Large nice waiting space. The Shell station car wash is currently broken down and not open. Need full car wash coupon not drive thru. Cheap offering when most dealers do complete car washes. Cheapened experience.

I had no issues with Manfred Guzman. My issue was with the service tech. I waited almost 6 hours for my vehicle. I was there from 10am [my appt time] to almost 4pm. It took almost 2 hours just to diagnosis the problem. Then when it was about 4 hours I checked in with Manfred. It turned out that the tech went to lunch before finishing the job so he Ahmad to find another tech to take over. That took almost 2 more hours. I came in on my day off and had other things to do that I didn't get to do because it took all day. This was also after I had been to the service dept a week prior and they didn't read the notes so they couldn't help me that day. Very frustrating! It makes me not want to return if I have future problems.

I was told my car would be brought right down. I waited outside for almost an hour before my car was brought down. The person in front of me said the same thing she had been waiting for over 20 minutes after they told her her car was complete. This is unacceptable. I was inside on my phone, taking care of business and interrupted by saying that my car is complete. They should not bother anyone until the car is complete and brought down.

Juan “Gabriel” Gonzalez was outstanding! He is an excellent addition to the Service Advisors at NORTOY. When I first got my 2012 Prius, I always took it to Sta. Monica Toyota for service. But, I did not like that place. So, I switched to this one several years ago and have been very pleased with the way I am treated here.
