The service for a simple oil change and tie rotation should not take over 3 hours. when I spoke of the issue with my service representative, the attitude was a "don't really care, it's our usual thing". I will never get my car service there again and I will never buy another car from your dealership again.

Timing is very important for everyone. You have to put more effort to give an accurate estimate of time needed for a service. I spend 3 hours of my time to do an oil change and still he wanted me to wait another 2 hours for completing the service. It was initially estimated 2 hours. I refused and my car somewhere else for the service. I think from now on I use that facility for future services needed.

This is our 2nd experience with Toyota. The overall experience and service from Manfred was pleasant. However, one of the key aspects of this visit was to pick up the spare key that was outstanding after the car was purchased earlier this year. When the appointment was scheduled I talked to a male in the service dpt who looked up my info and said he was placing the order of the key that day so I could pick it up in today’s service . To my surprised the key was never ordered . Pls help me understand what happened? We have been waiting for this key forever. I don’t want this to happened to anyone else, not cool when an employee assures you order placement for a part/key and they don’t do it . Whoever scheduled my service appt for today 10/19 was the person who told me he was ordering the part that day.
Please address this to the corresponding manager.
