I was promised a reimbursement from Glenn, the service guy. I was still under warranty for my battery and I replaced my battery. Due to the fact I already replaced my own battery, Glenn said he can offer me a reimbursement for the battery I bought. It’s been 2 months and I still have yet to receive the reimbursement. I called Glen a couple of days ago and he said the Manager says that the reimbursement is still in “Review Status” and he has no clue on when it will come out of “Review Status”. I’m expecting some sort of Gift card or Toyota Service credit since I never got my Reimbursment

Our repair would have been covered by insurance but we called them after repairs started. We know now but I after dealing with Northridge Toyota for years we expected better guidance with getting the insurance involved earlier. Our trust is damaged.

Someone there changes every setting - the seat position, the instrument panel, the clock, the automatic lights, the overhead lights. You have to spend 20 minutes going through everything after every visit.

So first I got an email from Toyota for a free oil change, should have known something was up when you guys tried to charge me for it. Second after said and done I ended up leaving out the door with a $760 bill and when I got home, multi point inspection are usually courtesy however, I have a dent on my passenger rear wheel, and if they did a tire rotation that wheel shouldn’t be in the same spot? So now that makes me question if they even did my transmission oil change and coolant flush if they lying about a tire rotation?! This is not only a problem but fraud! And if this is how new management is doing business I will be going somewhere else and looking into this with my lawyer. Better hope they changed my oil and not charge me $700+ for it!! That sounds like fraud to me!!
