I’ve been using Katy for my service rep forawhile and have been very happy with her suggestions and recommendations. My warranty expires in November and she was able to get something fixed for me and also told me I needed new tires so with the sale now I really appreciated that! I’ve come in with no appointment not long ago for my tires and she got me in right away so I really enjoy working with her.

Manfred was very friendly and helpful. Engaging went off as expected.
With no problems. My van was ready in couple of hours. Oh yes one thing i would like you to double check. Manfred said that he said a message when the car was ready. But i never received b that message and i had to call and speak b to him. This has happened twice once before with Pedro Salas when we bright out Rav4 also He said he sent an message via his computer but i never got it. So pks check your computer system txs

I was told firmware upgrade will include Android auto as well. I wouldn't pay so much for upgrade I can't use since I have Android phone. Toyota, do right for your customers, not all of us like iPhone.

I mentioned that my car reverse sensor didn’t work and It was very important for me. Service person call me and said everything was done including the reaver sensor.
He didn’t check it, when I got home I tried to park reverse and guess what? Didn’t work. I very disappointed.
