Bought a vehicle was supposed to be detailed was very dirty

My vehicle took 3 hours for a coolant flush and oil change. When it was finally finished it was covered in coolant under the hood in the engine bay and the side my truck. Yet you guys advertised a free car wash with every service appointment on the tv in the waiting room. Unimpressed.

I’m not completely convinced that it should have taken almost a month to get my vehicle back. I know parts are difficult to get at times. Also I think the service manager could have kept us up to date of what was going on.
We were always told that someone would call and tell us what was going on.
