I was satisfied with Gerald’s attention to my Audi Q5. I was not satisfied with the fact that nothing could be done to eliminate the noise in my tires short of purchasing brand new tires. They only have 26,000 miles on them so to have to replace them now just makes no sense. They have plenty of tread life still remaining so I just don’t understand.

6hours waiting in lounge was unbearable service personnel should have provided me with a loaner they offered a ride home but when I advised I lived 15 mi away that was that. Since I was forced to sit and wait Darius said he’d try to get recall done in 2-3 hrs which I was willing to wait four but not 6. No periodic updates with no one to pick me up. Having purchase 4 vehicles from IA I’ll need to question my loyalty.
