Audi had my Q7 for 36 days. It was difficult to get information. Calls about status were not returned within 24 hours. No loaners were available and it took Audi 21 days to agree to give me a rental car and then they told me I had to pay the taxes. What poor service on the part of the whole Audi company.

Only improvement I would suggest is a quicker turnaround time. An oil change shouldn’t take longer than 45 minutes or an hour max. Otherwise, Darius was great and addressed all of my concerns and questions. Al TUMAS ****-****-xxxx
