The recall was handled very well. I would like to know how you get your overhead service door to open so rapidly, very impressive. My service advisor was very knowledgeable about the recall, and explained everything in detail. The waiting are was very nice and snacks were well equipped. The vehicle came back with an impressive wash job, was very clean. If an automatic car wash was used then you have a very nice piece of equipment, if done by hand also impressive, my regards to the tech who washed my vehicle. I will be back to your service center when needed. I will also consider your dealership when picking out my next vehicle.

The worst service I have ever experience in my entire life!! This place is so rude and Ignorant to young African American!! The service guy is rude Gerald and the service manager is very rude and Ignorant to me!! My car was in the shop for a week still didn’t get service!! And when I went to enterprise cause they didn’t have a loaner car!! They couldn’t even help me out to Commdate me in a loaner!!

Dropped off vehicle. Was told all items discussed were completed, paid bill online since I was out of town and when picked up car work had not been completed. Service rep and tech both off on Saturday so had to take car as is, which means I’ll have to bring car back when you had for over a week. 100% dissatisfied.
