I was there for way longer than I was told when making the appointment and then while driving my car a few hours later discovered all my tire pressures are lower than they are supposed to be and I had the tire rotation and 16 point check. You would think that would be something that would have been checked after being there over 3 hours.

My forester 2022 was serviced last May 12, as per the service staff who assisted me every thing looks good after waiting for almost 3hours for it to be done. I believed what she said, but 2days after on May 15 on my dashboard it was showing low windshield fluid. I double checked the maintenance checklist/receipt given to me and its part of the inspection. How come im having this low windshield fluid alert? From my understanding in this event then it was not checked at all? I entrusted my car during the maintenance service since i have limited knowledge about it’s fine prints and so my part i diligently go for frequent maintenance to preserve the longevity of my car. But with this incident it made me doubt that the maintenance service i recently received for my car was not thoroughly checked/done.

Service was great but their were no snacks and no Diet Coke. I don’t mind sitting for two hours for an oil change if I have a snack.
In the old days it was a different story, prior to the remodel.
If you decide to discontinue the drinks and snacks that is okay just don’t advertise it.
