I waited for 2-1/2 hours for my mirror replacement which I was told had arrived days before. I was then told that the mirror was not the right mirror and that it had to be re ordered and I would have to return. I took a day off work for this appt. Not pleased at all and I also informed my salesman Jeff Nonong who was the one who let me know the mirror was ordered and received before I made the svc appt.
