The service advisor was friendly. However, I had an appointment for wednesday to get the airbag recall done. I was going to wait. After an hour they said the part wasnt in, so I had to leave the car until thursday. The part still wasnt in thursday. Part wasnt in until friday. I would have assumed it would have been there for the day i made the appointment since i made the appointment a few weeks before I brought it in.
