Katie has gone above and beyond with customer service. I was disappointed with the reliability of my Subaru lately and Katie was there for me. I’m trusting her when she says my vehicle is ready to roll. With the last issue when it left me stranded and I missed an appointment that was very important to me, Katie didn’t hold my anger against me. I will take my car for service and ask for her!

The car runs fine, and the dealership does good work. However, I’d appreciate a bit mitre transparency about pricing - when she quoted “about $180” and the bill was over $200, I was frustrated. Also, don’t tell people it will be 1.5 or 1 ¾ hours if it will take almost 2.5 hours.
