When Joey was assigned my car for service by whom seemed to be a manager, Joey reacted in a way no customer should see. He reacted in a way as if my services were being rejected. I understand service technicians are under lots of pressure trying to satisfy and take on every order, but for a customer to see that reaction with his own eyes is unprofessional. I love my Subaru and I want to bring it in for more services during my 1-hr lunch breaks, but I would like any other technician instead of Joey moving forward.
