Gianna is terrific! Today’s experience was the best I’ve had yet. She explained every step in the process of having my car taken care of, she was friendly, and she was particularly helpful with a technology question I had regarding my CarPlay. She is a keeper, and I hope she will be there again when I return for my next service appointment.
