First of all $195 for a scan -- way to much.( my fault for not asking the price before the service) That being said, your write up of the scan and the instructions on the code problem were great. Next when I called and could not get a hold of you and finally talked to a tech while I was at the emission center and the lady would not test my car unless I went back to you and had you sign the bill and explanation that you reset the codes(told that was probably not legal and wanted someone at subaru to tell her that.) Also when I talked to your tech on if iI bring it in after all the driving can you just quick scan with obd box and see if the codes clear -- got no not for free! Free just spent $195. DID NOT LIKE THAT! Thanks for the shuttle service with "MO" who is good driver a young man with a personality you can talk to and refused me 3 times trying to buy him lunch for the great fast service. After the driving I went to another local repair shop for the first time withing two minutes he scanned the codes andI was right it will pass. He had one of the workers drive the car to service center got the paperwork and tested the car for me and it passed bought me a coffee for the price of "$0$ dollars. I gave them money to buy lunch for the crew -- Now thats service and all that they wanted was a NICE REVIEW!

Joey was great. Very informative and patient with all my questions. My car was done and ready sooner than expected too. Great service.
