Evey was great. Very professional, personable and competent. Sh went the extra mile when I forgot my receipt and met me in the parking lot saving me the trip back into shop. She could not have done a better job from start to finish.

I was told 2-3 hours for diagnosis, but it was 5 hours until I was contacted. My husband also thinks we should be shown pictures of the damaged parts in the report. We had pictures of the air filter but not the cracked parts on our vehicle
Finally, the color coded service report with red, yellow,and green was printed in black and white, rendering the color coding pretty hard to decipher.
